Accessibility Statement
Last updated 27 June 2026
I want this site to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or other assistive technology.
Conformance
This site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. I test regularly and fix issues as I find them, so conformance is something I keep working at rather than a one-time check.
What that means here
- You can navigate and operate the whole site with a keyboard, and the focused element is always visible.
- There is a “Skip to content” link so you can jump past the navigation.
- Headings, landmarks, and form labels are structured so screen readers can make sense of each page.
- Text and interface colours meet the AA contrast level.
- Images that carry meaning have descriptive text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive tech.
- If you prefer reduced motion, the site honours that setting and the larger animations are turned off.
Known limitations
The payment step is provided inside a secure Stripe component, so parts of its appearance and behaviour are controlled by Stripe rather than by me. If you run into trouble at checkout, get in touch and I will help you complete your order another way.
Tell me about a problem
If something on this site gets in your way, I would genuinely like to know. Email me at [email protected] or use the contact page, describe the problem and the page it is on, and I will do my best to put it right.
